The landlord is a very sweet lady
Infested with cockroaches
Infested with roaches and bedbugs. The slumlord charges a fee for service animals which is illegal. There are drug addicts everywhere. Do not move here.
This place was a nightmare when I lived there a few years ago. As soon as I moved in with my husband we had a severe roach problem. The management kept saying they would get an exterminator and never did. They sprayed a little, but it didn't help much. It's cheap but you get what you pay for I suppose.
