At first, I really liked this office. Dr. Mehta was great and seemed to be very helpful for my toddlers eczema. Scheduled an appointment on June 6th for allergy testing. I always came to the 17th st location and did not know they had a second location in Wyndmoor. They scheduled us for July 14th. Both my husband and I take off of work to take our toddler and 6 month old baby in for the testing. Get to the office and its closed. I've been getting my allergy shots here for a little over a year. The staff at this place are amazing. Shereece is so funny and they make the experience of going to the doctor's office so much more pleasant. Dr. Segal is really knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need. Love this place!
I have not gone in for a visit. When I asked the woman on the phone if they test for food allergies she said she didn’t know. However she was very nice and wanted to help. I’m assuming the desk employees aren’t given much information about the services. This is an unfortunate business practice.
I’ve had good experiences with health care here but was compelled to leave a 5 star review because the front desk staff here is so helpful and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend this office!
