The 630 am appointment race is cruelty.
Very unprofessional location! They make it impossible to speak with an actual staff member or supervisor, you’re transferred to random people voicemail that never return calls.
I have been dealing with Chestnut since 8th grade. I’m 27 now. They have always answered the phone for me, and have protocols to get you in the same week of the phone call. I see Veronica, who is in Granite now. She is very straight forward. The only things i don’t like is the appointments are basically first come first serve. you have to call by 6:30 am to make an appointment, which will be scheduled that same week. I take my son to the belleville location, he sees a counselor there and sees one of the psychiatrist for his medication needs. We haven't had any issues since coming there. My son really enjoys going to see his counselor, especially on the days the weather is nice and they go walk and tall outside. The ladies at the front desk have always been nice and helpful. I usually go to the one in Bellville, wich by the way is amazing, unfortunately for me my doctor is not available so I was redirected to granite city 😢 the lack of empathy is disgusting, I begged for bridge help until my appointment for my injection (3 days away) and told them I want to stay clean and I don't want to fall back into my dark past, well they basically said figure it out, smh.. so glad Stephanie (my Bellville doc) provided some extra that I had forgotten about. Otherwise who knows what I would have resorted to.
