Very unprofessional location! They make it impossible to speak with an actual staff member or supervisor, you’re transferred to random people voicemail that never return calls.
I have been dealing with Chestnut since 8th grade. I’m 27 now. They have always answered the phone for me, and have protocols to get you in the same week of the phone call. I see Veronica, who is in Granite now. She is very straight forward. The only things i don’t like is the appointments are basically first come first serve. you have to call by 6:30 am to make an appointment, which will be scheduled that same week.
