The most dysfunctional clinic I've ever experienced. I see they make an effort to comment generically on every review, requesting more feedback, but clearly nothing is being done about the literally spelled out complaints. They're all continuing to be problems dear reader of these reviews. One example, a refill attempt of mine: I have been, and currently are, attempting to have one filled for 3 weeks now. **Updated rating 3 years later** I’ve been going to Chestnut Health Systems for three years, and the turnover rate is ridiculous. Every visit, there’s a different receptionist, a different CNA, and different pharmacy staff. Even worse, I’m already on my third psychiatrist. That kind of instability makes it nearly impossible to get consistent, quality care. Are employees quitting? Getting fired? Either way, it’s a major red flag. La verdad estoy impresionada por el servicio y la atención que me dieron en la clinica! Es la primera vez que voy,y estoy muy satisfecha de haber visitado el lugar! En primer lugar mi inglés no es muy bueno, y el personal me tuvo mucha paciencia y hasta un traductor me pusieron el doctor que me atendió es indu no recuerdo su nombre, pero fue muy atento y amable, mi situación médica me la explicó muy detallada!
