Sadly the doctor I originally was scheduled to see wasn't there but I had another doctor Dr. Magee. He seemed very relaxed, detailed, he let me sit and explain everything going on wasn't rushed not long of a wait in the morning. They are genuinely pretty cool so far but this was just my very first appointment.
I called this office with questions about care and was treated rudely from the start. The staff member I spoke with was named Tara/Tera, I am not sure about the spelling. She had an obvious attitude and answered every question in a dismissive, impatient and unprofessional way. This is healthcare and basic respect should be the minimum. Completely unacceptable service.
Well this is the first time I actually looked at Chestnut reviews and why did it take me a whole year to do it if I would have looked at the reviews I would have never ever gone to them and all of the reviews that I have seen I have experienced the same thing as bad service and bad doctors if you need a real doctor go to a real hospital
