Britney the psych nurse practitioner was abusive to me. She accused me of altering a drug test when there was literally nothing wrong. I told them I have my medical card and I tested positive for THC. I guess she made it up to be threatening?!? Horrible person. Ask for someone else if you want empathy or want to be treated like a human being. Britney will treat you like pond scum instead of a patient.
Place is trash and I'd suggest anyone thinking of going here to not. The staff is not friendly at all. If your a new patient good luck they'll give you the run around and make you continue to call each day to see if they have any cancellations instead of just scheduling you. I'd suggest everyone to go elsewhere. Place sucks
At first I felt like this place was great but after a few visits I felt completely different. Hansen was talked up by anyone that I mentioned her to at the facility but an appointment talking about meds should never be 5 minutes. I never felt so disregarded and rushed at an appointment, as I was talking about the medication that wasn’t working for me at a very low point in my mental health she rushed me, didn’t ask how I was feeling, and completely disregarded everything I had to say as she prescribed THE SAME MEDICATION I w... read more
