Needs in house upgrades
Do not move out here the office staff is horrible. The kitchen and bathrooms are 1970’s 80’s style. Maintenance isn’t reliable, takes them days to fix anything. Make sure to time stamp all payments cause they will charge you a late fee even if your payment is in the office on the 5th. I will never rent from abbitt realty again…
Not the best complex to live in . Only good thing about this complex is the price. As far as the apartment itself , its not the best ` apt has roach infestation.
