We love the staff at Chestnut Arbor Veterinary Hospital. When we moved to Matthews, I was very worried about finding a good vet for our dog and cats. We honestly picked Chestnut Arbor based on proximity to our house but it was a great decision. Dr. Merlo and Rebecca are awesome with all of our pets, even one of our super anxious cats who does not like to be touched. They were compassionate and helpful when our dog Fiona died last year as well. Great, clean exam rooms and very accommodating.
Fabulous experience!! The staff was so warm and friendly they really took time to make my dog feel relaxed many vets I have been to just rush the visit and make your pet feel very nervous trying to make you spend more then the actual reason why you came in the first place not here they were honest ,patient and caring!!!
