We've been here about 6 months. It's a pretty quiet apartment building. Most residents are friendly. There's a mixture of age groups, many have dogs. We've had good success with service requests, and a good relationship with the property manager and maintenance man. A bonus is Chester Bowl right across the street. We've been happy with our experience here.

The rooms and the garage are nice. However, they do not honor service requests and will continue to mark them as completed, even when no work has been done. We have had base heater problems, odor problems, and microwave problems. All of which have been marked as "completed" while NO solutions were done to fix them. If you want a place that is reliable, don't come here.
