Nice place
For the price great apartments. Maintenance is quick to fix things.
I have lived here for going on three years I think and it has been a very good experience. I have not had to call maintenance very often, but when I have they respond very quickly, even when I call the after hours crew. I know there are several families around but I have never had any issues with noise, and I live right by the pool. The pool is very clean in the summer, and is not used during the winter.
