Not a family friendly place to live. No respect for families, intentional drama to see who can make who pay for what, and again, NO RESPECT FOR FAMILIES! Also, too much power -- as in regardless of what happens here, tenants who were treated as if they "don't belong," know better than to truthfully speak up, especially for legal reasons. No one should have to be living in any sort of fear here, which is the bottom line.
