RecommendedAll of the staff and vets are caring and VERY competent. We had to visit today because of an issue with one of our dogs. I was very impressed with their procedure related to the Corona Virus. They are wonderful
We love all three of the doctors here. We truly believe they want to find answers and solutions just as much as we as owners do. They’re extremely compassionate and understanding and the staff that supports them are always so kind and sweet. Dr. Scofield and the others always display a great wealth of knowledge, and if they ever don’t have an answer they’re always willing to do some digging or ask to find out. We’ll never go anywhere else with our babies.
My wife and I have been going to this practice for over 16 years, ever since we bought our house in this area. They are very knowledgeable, practiced, and have a conscientious and tactful bedside manner, especially when one must give their final goodbyes to a beloved pet, like we recently did with our old dog Chicory.
We love Dr. Scofield and Chestertown Animal Hospital. We followed Dr. Scofield here when she took over this hospital in 2018. She is so thorough with our dog, we trust her and her knowledge is unmatched locally. We also have taken our lab to be groomed here. He recently had a de-shedding bath and I’m so happy with it. Dr. Scofield and staff are professional, amazing, compassionate, understanding and make sure you understand exactly what is going on. I have been a client of Dr. Scofield’s since she moved to Maryland and I highly recommend her for sure. So happy she has her own practice now and the improvements she has made at CAH are wonderful while keeping many things the same. Sherry and Maureen have been there for years and are always professional.
Dr. Madeline Scofield is excellent. Employees very courteous and caring.
Our dogs are our family. When one needed to be spayed, Dr. Scofield treated us and her with compassion. After this experience there is no one else we will trust our pets with. Thanks to all the staff at Chestertown Animal Hospital.
Took my 4yo GSD in for the first time with severe allergy symptoms. All of the staff were very helpful and kind and Max is already resting much more comfortable. Thank you Dr. Stevens, Courtney and the rest of the staff! See you next time, hopefully for better reasons!
I had to put my dog Betty down and they came to my house and made it as nice and calm as it could be reassuring me I was doing the right thing and she was able to pass in her own house thank you both for being so great
