RecommendedDr. Scofield and her staff were great! They were awesome with my dogs and were very accommodating. I will definitely be going back. This is Axle just before we left for the appointment.
My dog Charlie got sick very quickly and I called them asking if he could be seen. They saw him the day I called. They were kind and so compassionate. We had to wind up euthanizing my boy a few days later. The entire staff made a very difficult time bearable. Thank you all at Chestertown Animal Hospital for being so kind. Lois Hathaway

Many local residents are aware of Max’s story. This is the last photo of our 5yo GSD lying in a hospital in Annapolis 2 weeks after having surgery at Chestertown Animal Hospital for removal of stones. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our boy. If you value your animals life I would not recommend taking your pet for surgery at this hospital!
This was our first visit and they did not disappoint! Even with the COVID 19 Curbside protocol the vets and receptionists all made sure to keep in communication and answer any and all questions I had. Loved it there!

Had a great visit today for my 16 year old lab. Even during COVID-19 times. They came and took my dog inside while I stayed in the car. My dog usually has anxiety about the bet but he wasn’t even that excited to see me when they came out. Thank you for a great experience😊❤️
Sarah, and the staff made an extremely traumatic experience bearable. My boy needed emergency surgery, due to a large puncture wound, to the chest. Everyone was more than competent, helpful, caring, and understanding. They worked well into the night, making sure he could come back home to me. I will be forever grateful.
