Dez is a great hygienist. She explains what she's doing, and listens to patients' concerns and questions.
In all the years I've had my teeth cleaned no one has ever explained my x-rays to me in a way I understood them, WHY we need to floss and given me a realistic treatment plan. Dr. B Alnahass never disappoints with his bedsife manor keeping me comfortable while he explains the importance of certain procedures to me. And the new office manager did more for me in the 10 minute interaction I had with her than the previous office staff in the 6 years I have been a patient.
The staff and Doctor B have always been professional and friendly . They are very knowledgable and excellent listeners. I would highly recommend Family Dental.
I've lived in North West Indiana for almost 30 years and never found a dentist that did not rush their work. Doctor B and his staff take their time and make sure you are happy. I've never been to a dentist that is true to old fashion honest true customer care. I strongly suggest calling them. They treat you like family.
I recently had a well overdue appointment at Complete Family Dental and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and Doctor B treated me with with such care and consideration. With the help of Dr. B and lovely dental hygienist I was able to get to the bottom of my problem and develop a plan for the next steps to fix it. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work :)
Wow....from the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted promptly and warmly. Each person that I encountered, you can tell, loved being there and had a great interest in getting to know me and my needs. Communication was very clear. They were upfront and transparent on costs. Looking forward to having a new dentist!
It was my first visit to the clinic and I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. They made me feel welcome and safe, provided excellent treatment and it was nice to see the staff enjoying their work.
I love coming here. Everyone is very professional and friendly. My mouth has never been healthier. Regular checkups and cleanings have paid off.
My daughter went in to get her molars extracted and she said the doctor and the staff were awesome. What told how to care for her teeth which made me very happy to hear. Cause not a lot of places do that. Thank you all
