I recommend that you read all paperwork carefully for yourself and don't assume what you are being told is true. The people were very friendly and personable. The problem is many things we were told turned out not to work out as explained. First the loan has no interest financing. Later to find out it is a 12 month no interest credit card. Then we were told the loan was at a certain rate, only to find out when signing the paperwork that it was a bit higher. first got in contact with Lucy at Desert Wind on trying to upgrade from my 2011 Road King to a "newer" Road Glide. She was very professional and listened to and found what I was looking for. I am snowbird from Cleveland for 6 months of the year. I don't have any "First-hand" knowledge of the Sales department other than a occasional conversation with a few salesman during different visits, but they all have been good interactions. But I CAN highly recommend the Parts and Service Departments. Definitely a great atmosphere and friendly staff, Larz Schwartz and Marty are awesome. If your looking for your 1st bike or 50th bike come down and see them they will get you what you want at a great price and make you feel comfortable on your new ride.
