I'm not typically one to write reviews, but when I see or experience top-level customer service, I think it's worth mentioning it, so others know where to spend their hard earned money. The sales staff in the Motorclothes department at Desert Wind Harley Davidson are phenomenal to work with. They have the best girls in motorclothes. Anderanne, Cheryl Green, Kathy Sapp, and Paige. They know what I like and always show me new things. I bought my Trike from Jerry Mutal he got me a great deal. From minute you walk in door till you leave the staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. Best dealership in Az
my sister and I both just bought our tri glides in for tires and an engine oil change and was treated with exceptional care and the bike wash was a bonus thank you very much
Staff was very polite. Sales lady was very pleasant to talk to. Service was done quickly and correctly
Had a nail in my husbands tire, was never told that warranty didn't cover that, or that there was a separate tire warranty all together.So instead of helping us they let him ride back out of the dealership knowing it could go down and he could be hurt . Didn't care. Next day we secured a payday loan and he got the bike back in, got a new tire, and they gave him a discount. It was just about the sale of a tire. Not my husbands safety at all. Makes me sick to my stomach.
Sales team are extremely nice and easy to talk to
They have a lot of ladies activities and monthly rides just for women. I appreciate a dealer that doesn’t gear all their activities just to the men and appreciates that women ride too.
