Staff is very friendly, while maintaining an above the board environment of confident professionalism. I like that appointments are effectively scheduled so that the wait time is never long. The genuine interest that Dr Rahm and his dental technicians take in listening to your concerns and explaining what his examination/x-rays reveal is reassuring that a solution can be achieved.
