The receptionist Morgan was not friendly and kind of rude while I was speaking with another one of the receptionist. The guy named Jameel was excellent. informative, welcoming, and Great with my kids! and is the only reason I may continue visits. My advice is to get someone at the front who likes their job and is more of a people person. kindness goes a long way.
Would highly recommend this dentist to anyone with nerves about a dentist... amazing team.
Excellent! Just arrived from Miami for two week vacation in St Louis when my bridge fell out. Called them and was told to come right over. Doc Armstrong and her assistant fixed my problem and sent me on my way. They would not charge me for their excellent and friendly services. I was very I,pressed with everything about Smiles and am telling everyone I know in St Louis that they need to go there.
Friendly and very accommodating! Came in as a new patient emergency and they fit me in an hour before closing time which was 7. But not only did they take me in that late, they were the friendliest medical office Ive ever encountered AND never made me feel rushed. The doctor took genuine time to discuss my situation/options and the staff was equally as helpful with insurance questions I had. And last, I cant say enough about how CLEAN and up to date the place was!!!
