We have been a customer for almost 4 years and currently live 500 miles from Springfield. I will say the units are clean, and we have never had a security issue here. And at the beginning, the service was friendly and the price was competitive. However in the last couple years, the rate has increased 35%. The office has also changed policies on moving from one unit to another. I rented a 10*10 climate controlled unit for several months, until Dec 2016, & I thought it was an excellent facility. I would certainly use again & recommend them to others.
