I was a resident here for 6 years... and it is a great place to live, very safe and clean... Cindy the manager was always on top of everything she kept the place going... I do miss living there.. but I needed to help somebody out and that's why I had to leave, definitely recommended and the neighbors are good to you that's important. Recently, I moved from Chesterfield Manor Apartments and had moved 3 times in 5 years. While I resided at Chesterfield Manor for the last year, I was able to compare apartments, amenities, and managers. I realized that this was the best experience I had over those few years. The apartment was clean and spacious. The grounds are quiet and tucked away from the main drag. The laundry room, assigned carport, timely maintenance were great benefits. These apartments are so well kept and affordable!!!! Cindy is awesome and easy to talk to and her maintenance crew are true professionals! Grounds are beautiful with lots of parking.Great location too!!!Highly recommend if you want a homey atmosphere!
Best apt I have ever lived in. My place was always taken care by the best maintenance guys. Truly miss everyone here . Always felt safe too. Today was my last day here. Thank you for a great 5 years! Best to all of you.
I have been living at Chesterfield Manor now for three years, and I can say this is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in, and I have lived in quite a few. The negative comments about our manager (Cindy) who has been the manager for years, has not been what my interaction with her has been - she is the best! She answers the phone most times when I have called the office, and if I must leave a message, she returns the call quickly.
