We have been a member for 10 years! We love the CAC! Always have a wonderful experience! I love the management staff! Julie, Laurel and Kimberly are wonderful who work hard to keep the club running! I also love all the exercises classes: Diane’s Pilates class, Becky stretch and strengthening, Heathers Tabata class, Renee step class, and Laurel power yoga classes are my favorite classes! Also I enjoy tennis with Paul as head pro always making tennis enjoyable! I would recommend CAC for a great club for the entire family!
The diversity of people, activities and amenities create a fun and pleasant atmosphere for exercising and recreating all year long.
So many options, clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
CAC is awesome. I've been a member here for more than half my life and it continues to be nothing short of amazing.
A great place. We were just at a taekwondo tournament upstairs in the facility and it was perfect!
