Our recent experience with Dr. Tung was extremely disappointing and concerning. Upon contacting the office and expressing our desire to speak directly with Dr. Tung regarding lab results, we were denied this opportunity by Natalie, a medical assistant. Not only did she refuse our request to speak with Dr. Tung, but she also took it upon herself to offer medical advice, which is a clear violation of ethical standards. Dr. Tung literally saved my life. I was dealing with lingering high blood pressure from post partum pre eclampsia that my former ob refused to acknowledge and deal with. He listened to me attentively, ran all the important tests and helped me manage my blood pressure even though pcps don’t usually deal with this. If anyone is looking for an incredible physician, it’s Dr. Tung. So kind, so knowledgeable and caring. Thank you!
