I have been through a few PCPs and Finally I found Dr Tung. His only motivation is his patients health and well-being. His bedside manner and extensive knowledge of medical sciences made me feel at ease and gratefull I was in good hands. I go to his F.V. office and his staff is awesome. Special shout out to Ann.
I do not recommend this Dr. He was very rude to me when I came to his office. I had to wait for 45 minutes to see him for my yearly physical exam. He was so rude when I asked him why it took so long for him to see me in a nice voice and he replied that’s the way it is if you don’t like it then go away. He has been to multiple offices and now he’s in Fountain Valley Ca. It seems he’s Attitude is very bad towards his clients. Our recent experience with Dr. Tung was extremely disappointing and concerning. Upon contacting the office and expressing our desire to speak directly with Dr. Tung regarding lab results, we were denied this opportunity by Natalie, a medical assistant. Not only did she refuse our request to speak with Dr. Tung, but she also took it upon herself to offer medical advice, which is a clear violation of ethical standards.
