I have really bad anxiety about the dentist and this was my first time going to Chester Road Family Dental and they were amazing. Caitlyn and doctor Ben were so nice and caring. Thanks to the whole staff I’ll see you guys next week
Personal touches in regards to customer service go a long way with this team. From the moment I called to see if I could schedule an appointment due to a bad toothache to when I stepped inside the office, I was greeted warmly and my anxiety being at the dentist was lowered. As a new patient coming in last minute with a toothache I was never made to feel like I was not as important as if I had a patient/friend for years. Hello, The doctors really did a fantastic job in removing a tooth that could have been hurting all the way through Christmas. I called in after being in agony for two days with little or no sleep. They took me in because they knew I was in severe pain and needed attention. I can thank the whole staff for taking care of this problem. thank you John LaPalme.
Everything was great. Started on time and got out in a timely manner. Waiting room was comfortable, the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. No complaints.
