Bought a car (Nissan Murano) beginning of May. Beginning of August my transmission failed. I've called them over a dozen times, abd each time it was "the owner wasn't there or had stepped right out but he'll be given the message and will call me when he gets in " - I'm still waiting on that call. And I was a faithful customer, bought several cars from them and referred about 10 people.
