Absolutely terrible communication, website shows availability and specific time slots to make request, receive no email, call day of appt that seemed to say was available and, oh website scheduling isn’t working, and blah blah. Its 2023, figure out how to have a working honest website or just don’t have appt scheduling showing days and time slots available. Good lord.
I had a problem in one ear and after a long time and several doctors my problem continued. One of them referred me to Dr Karnani and in the first consultation she found my problem, after 3 months the problem disappeared. Thank you Dr. Karnani.
I have been suffering from depression for a long time and I was unable to find a doctor I can speak to who is not in a rush and just brushes you off - Dr. Karnani patiently listened to me and what I was going through even though she does not primarily practice as a psychiatrist - for a neurologist I found this quite commendable. Dr. Karnani has been my doctor for a years now and let me say she is an amazing doctor and human being. She has helped me with many issues from fibromyalgia to continued chronic fatigue and in between helping me by giving me guidance on my other health issues she doesnt even treat.She is very professional with a kind heart, she even found my surgeon when I needed back surgery.
