I have never personally gone to the meat market, but my husband went once and the meat was soooo good. I was looking for something specific for my FIL's birthday this week. I called to see if they had it, the man who answered the phone was sweet and patient and kind. He told me he didn't currently have what I was looking for but should have them by Wednesday (the day I needed them). He told me to call Wednesday morning to be sure he got them in his order. First time there this weekend. Our in town butcher closed up shop and we were devastated. Suddenly, feeling much better! The ribeyes were amazing. Can’t wait to get to the skirts and then back to reload!
