Dr. Maxson is an experienced professional who you can count on. He takes his time and clearly explains his findings and his recommendations. I would highly recommend him.
I would leave zero stars if that was an option, I couldn't even make an appointment because the receptionist was so rude and impatient to me on the phone but I would never use this office The receptionist who answers the phone or of any business is the face of a business and if a doctor has a mean person answering a phone like that then imagine how awful the doctor is.
Mix-up with my medical chart. Office did not schedule the CT as ordered by the doctor, I had to schedule it myself and then picked up the report. No follow-up nor treatment options for my diagnosis. Doctor spent less than one minute with me before ordering the tests with no physical examination.
He is terrific. I really love having him as my Doctor. He really cares about his patients and NEVER talks over your head. He is always ready to spend time to find out how he can help you.
I highly recommend Dr Manson if you want a honest straight up Dr. ..if you're looking for a Dr. That will tell you what you want to hear- he's not for you. After my endoscope procedure, I woke (one eye) and could see Dr maxson waiting a cross from my foot of the bed at station attentively watching over me as his patient - before I could open my other eye, he was at my bed side held my hand and smiled said everything looks good. I saw his essence in that moment - he has a beautiful soul .
Dr. Maxson was unable to successfully treat my refractory H. Pylori infection. Repeated endoscopies and repeated antiobiotic treatments. In the end, I ordered antibiotics of my own choosing online and successfully treated the infection. 3+ years now infection free. This is a colonoscopy specialist...
Was very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Maxson. He would barley take the time to talk to me and always made me feel rushed. I feel he basically down-played all of my stomach symptoms and labeled me with a diagnosis just to get me out of there. Would not recommend.
Extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Very poor bedside manners. Was very disappointed that I had to submit to care by someone so unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Really Disapointed . Bad bed side demeanor , Arrogant , and the Nurse practitioner was rude The nurse was awful . Big time attitude . I miss Dr Flaxman
