Chester Family YMCA is great for families or individuals, alike. With so many activites to pick from...indoor actitivites, outdoor activites, areas to hike, a pool, sauna & so much more. My little one enjoys the childcare area. They have a safe & fun environment for the little ones to play, watch a movies &/or interact with other kids while mom/dad or the other adults workout. I'm Having So Much Fun Sharing With All of You During This Fitness Challenge trying a New Class Everyday:) The Workout Part...Not So Much. IT IS WORK! Total Core (30) Had Me Clocking In...No Breaks. Dumbbell, Cowbell, Plate...Side to Side, Up and Down, Squats, Crunches, Planks, Push-ups, Stretch...I Don't Remember the Order, I Was Trying to Breathe LoL! The policy governing after-school care does not allow for missed days (with notice), vacation time, or holidays, which is absurd. We will be out of town for a full week during the holidays but don’t have the option to provide notice of absence to the after school program, and will have to pay for a week of after school care that we won’t be using.
I walked in and it looked like a new place. They have changed a lot! Especially the pool☺much more sanitary
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Good family atmosphere.
I just adore this gym. ..I call it my million dollar gym
