I'm Having So Much Fun Sharing With All of You During This Fitness Challenge trying a New Class Everyday:) The Workout Part...Not So Much. IT IS WORK! Total Core (30) Had Me Clocking In...No Breaks. Dumbbell, Cowbell, Plate...Side to Side, Up and Down, Squats, Crunches, Planks, Push-ups, Stretch...I Don't Remember the Order, I Was Trying to Breathe LoL! Outstanding facility nestled in pretty Chester. Cordial staff, lots of good programs. Equipment always seems to be in good shape. Great family programs. I like the park in the back for a good outdoor walk.
I walked in and it looked like a new place. They have changed a lot! Especially the pool☺much more sanitary
I just adore this gym. ..I call it my million dollar gym
