great workout, friendly instructors and I was sure and sweaty when I finished, which is a huge plus!
The atmosphere is comforting. I like gentle yoga classes. I like the free wifi.
More than a gym...the community involvement to bring the Y to All people in the community is extremely important. It strengthens strong values that create strong character and initiates healthy living through fitness programs. Love serving on the Y Board

Stay away. Rude people work there and you can never use the pool as it is rented out all the time. basketball court was full of people that did not have membership's and was closed to paying members. Stay away. Join GYMS else where.
