LOVE this location! Been coming here for a year now and it definitely has a family feel when I come here! Never felt that at a gym before where there's an actual active community until I joined. I love the ladies at Childwatch especially Ms. Sandra and Ms. Tracy! Everyone is awesome here!
I was glad that it was reopened since June 5th; I could not live without swimming laps. I like sign up; it is cool!
I love the Chester YMCA. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. The pool has been my focus since they opened back up. It has been the perfect temperature and is very clean.

Poor aquatic department. Poor management style and communication. Definitely not a good place to work. Bullying present in upper management.
Good morning. Is there any particular reason why during a pandemic which subsequently closed all YMCA locations we are still being charged $30 for a membership we can't use? We haven't be able to go for two months but there has been two months worth of membership fees taken out. How do we get refund that $60 and insure it will not occur again for the duration of its closure?
We love our YMCA. The staff and environment are both great and family friendly.
I loved it, I usually go to Petersburg YMCA all the time, a friend of mine told me about the classes and said its better here, and it is. Everyone is friendly, and I attend a water aerobic class for the first time Sunday, I loved it. I was going to do my drills and pratice my kicks, but the instructed ask me to join in and I did. It was so much fun. I loved the way the lockers and showers are design. The hot steam room is awesome.
