This was my first visit, my kids started at this practice in November. Dr. Ben is great, kids liked him. All of the staff are friendly and great to work with. Glad we found a practice that knows us as people, not just a number.

I had my first visit at Chester Road Family Dentistry yesterday. It was wonderful! Every member of staff I had contact with had a smile on their face and took their time explaining everything. Highly recommend this office!
Staff was very friendly upon my arrival. My wait time was short before being taken back for my cleaning. Dentist and hygienist were friendly as usual. Overall experience was great and time efficient.
Nobody enjoys going to the dentist but the Dr. and staff here are great. This was my first time having dental work done here. I will definitely go back.
I had a crown come off in the evening. Called at 8am the following morning and they got me in by 9am. Cemented crown back in place and I was on my way in less than an hour. Nice that they leave space in their scheduling to fit in emergencies that come up!
