Using Chester County Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen was the best decision I ever made. They literally demolished and rebuilt my kitchen. The pricing was very fair and reasonable, the work was quick, the workers were professional, knowledgeable and kind (they even explained what they were doing to my very curious kids!). We recent had the guest bathroom redone in our home. We worked with Eric at CCKB. He was amazing. He was patient and work closely with us. My wife had a lot of ideas about colors and matching items and it was great to walk into the showroom and get to mix and match to her hearts content. He responses to us via email were fast and complete. The work was done with 1 week. We had been given an estimate of 2 weeks or more but the 2 gentleman who came in were fast. We recently moved and completed 3 phases of work in our new home. The phases included hard wood flooring throughout first and second floor and powder room, new kitchen, renovation of basement including bathroom, gym and office space. We just completed a 2 1/2 month project with Chest County Kitchen & Bath for a major redesign-renovation of our kitchen, breakfast area and dining room. We really did our homework, seeking advice from online reviews, Angie's list, friends and family etc. We interviewed 7 contractors, but 2 never submitted bids as it was too complicated for them. Bill and Orsas are a hands on contractors. They walk with you every step of the way. They are very helpful and polite. They do outstanding work and clean up every day . We scheduled an appointment with John. He NEVER showed up after we rearranged our schedule to fit into his prevacation timeframe. An hour after he was due to arrive, we called the company. No answer. We left a message. Three and a half hours after our schedule appointment, he called to say he totally forgot and was "going away on vacation, so he wouldn't be able to get back to us for awhile."
