Today was a good day . I went into my dentist office CHESTER COUNTY DENTAL ART. I felt very safe in atmosphere. There so pleasant all your questions are answered . And they call you to do a follow up afterwards . You can’t ask for more than that . Best choice I ever made for my health.
as everyone knows, going to is not always pleasant & you would rather do anything but visit a dentist. That being said , I was very nervous & not looking forward to my appointment. One the the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist.
I visited Chester County Dental Arts today. It was my first visit and I was very impressed with the care I received. The dental assistant Erin was extremely nice and thorough. Dr. Simeone was equally nice as well as their office manager. In these trying times, considering the Covid Virus, it was reassuring the care they took to assure a smooth visit.
Thank you Dana. I hope I got your name right. She is very good and told me to get a Waterpik for my teeth. I am getting anew bridge and she said it would clean it well. Everyone there is very good and very cautious.
If you have any fears about visiting the dentist during this pandemic be assured you are in good hands with Dr. Simeone and his staff. At every step, from taking my temperature at the door to hand washing and mouth rinsing I always felt that my safety and the safety of the staff was at the forefront. And the dentistry itself is excellent! Kudos to Brianna, Nicole and Dr. S.
I have a very “complicated” case and to add to that, I have become Dental Phobic over the years. I switched to Dr. CCDA just under a year ago. It was a difficult decision as I had been with my previous Dentist for 30 yrs. The staff at CCDA are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic & patient with my many questions. My Invisalign retainer was damaged. I contacted the office and they made an appointment to determine what needed to be done. After a review of the situation, they decided to order me new retainers (top and bottom). During the review, extreme safety measures were in place due to COVID-19. I was very pleased.
Dr. Mark, Christina, Brianna and staff are working with me during this COVID crisis. Christina made sure I got into the office as soon as it was permissible . I now have a plan to deal with these mouth discomfort issues and know that I can call them anytime. I would highly recommend this practice .
