Service department is not helpful in correcting an emissions related defect in my nearly new 2017 Ford Flex. I will not return, I was treated so badly. They will miss a lot of future service revenue, I will drive to Gainesville or Cleveland for service in the future.
Service department was top notch and quick for my 10k check up on my 2017 F250. These guys make service pain free!
Recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Chestatee Ford. Very pleased with the service and treatment of my family and myself throughout the purchase process. Jay Kimmel and the other salesman researched the truck's features and verified it was more than capable of meeting our towing needs prior to our test drive. During the test drive a minor issue was discovered and taken care of with no questions asked. Treated us better than family!
We've bought a couple of vehicles at Chestatee Ford. Miss John Duke - we are both very comfortable with him. And Patrick in the service department - GREAT! We've had service done there many times - only once did we have an issue with a part and Patrick made it 'good', Just got a set of new tires with our last oil change. Both our vehicles are running smoothly. From the time you check in - until check out with the awesome lady - your service dept is smoooooooth .
Got my 6 months 5000 mile checkup, they did exactly what they advertised. Excellent service, still love my Ford Edge!
