This place is the worst please save yourself the headache and avoid this place just about everything with this place is wrong.
I'm unsure what the bad reviews are about, Alex Lim and another doctor treated me well, gave me prescriptions I needed and answered questions in a thoughtful way. I appreciate them a lot
Dr Le’s medical assistant lied to myself and my mother (the patient) about the day and manner in which an authorization was submitted. When I confronted her and the office about the lies and inconsistent statements, they fired us as patients. Dr Le herself, dismissed my mother’s difficulty with her inhaler, kept pushing prednisone on my mother so much so, that she developed a cataract in 1 eye within the span of 60 days. Terrible phone service, long hold times. Dr Bhola is terribly rude and dismissive. Taking my business elsewhere!
Ridiculous!!!! Still waiting on test results from two months ago. Had been told multiple times that they will calm me back with the results. Today I was on hold for about 30 minutes, I was told they would call me back in a few minutes with the results and they hung up. I wait for about an hour they still haven't called back. When I attempted to reach out and call them back yet again, It went to an Answering Service. Apparently they stopped taking patient calls at four forty five.
