Never making this mistake again. Time to find a credit union that will actually help its members and not be inconvenienced by talking to them for 30 seconds.
for years Chessie does not send my payment slips, I have to go there and beg to get them, I do my part and pay my bills on time but Chessie refuses to do their part and send out payment slips, I called Monday and asked for ones for my car payment and was told just go an office and pay without one and beg them to print some out while I am there. next year my house will be payed off and I will be closing all my accounts and going to a bank that WANTS my business

I have been a member here for years and the thing I take issue with is the fact that nobody answers the phone when you call. At one point I waited over 25 minutes for someone to pick up. Unacceptable.
I really wish I could put a zero rating. I am so livid right now, I could scream! The people I have dealt with are completely unprofessional. They sound like it's their first day working in a bank....or working anywhere....or speaking. Where do I begin?!
