We’re in our new home NO THANKS TO CHESSIE! We was denied due to having a “community septic” When we gave them proof from the company who installed it, the health department, and home owner showing it wasn’t you’d think they’d approve it and we’d be in the house! NEGATIVE! They denied it again for the same reason! Chessie DOES NOT help its community! I’ll be closing out our account as soon as I get time to get in there! If anyone needs help go see C & F Mortgage in Keyser WV! They was amazing!!!

Recommendedi was having a ton of problems trying to fix my online problems...phone system wasnt good at all...posted on here..and within 20 minutes i got a call back and situation was resolved. Ty.
I have been a member of Chessie Federal Credit Union since 1981. They have ALWAYS taken good care of me for loans, assisting with accounts, etc. The clerks are efficient and friendly. I have never had issues with anyone there or anything.
Please update your online banking services it’s 2019.
So far anytime I need to call over the phone to make a payment they have no option for the loan payment, it leads you to “bill pay” which you would think would be your option right? Nope they tell you it’s customer service but guess what that option is not available, so maybe you try loan support? Nope not that either so now it’s a 10min game of musical phones talking to people who try to transfer you to the right department only to be brought back to the same menu and doing the same thing all over again, until finally someo... read more
When my paycheck was held up by “The Powers that Be”, Chessie came through for me and my family by allowing all my payments be deferred until I get paid! Chessie federal credit union has made a scary situation better for me! I really appreciate the ease it took to give us peace of mind! Thank you
This is the worst FCU ever! The tellers are rude, the person that sets up the accounts will forget to send your paperwork in and then won't return calls. Then the tellers will tell you you did not fill out the paperwork and need to do it again. I opened this account this year and will be closing it and moving to a different bank.
