Going to a new dentist can be scary, but Dr. Chesney and his staff have been wonderful. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them all...:)
My hygenist is the BEST. My visit went smoothly.
The receptionist at front was friendly and updated my information. Melinda always does a great job and is very personable. I really like the Friday hours for my schedule. Maybe for a new service, add a ceiling mounted monitor with scrolling images.
Very good. I liked Dr. Chesney and the staff. I note that your team doesn't have the patient wear safety glasses during the cleaning. Might be a good idea. But, I have no personal preference on this issue.
I was not here.....I plan to be there this Friday, 21AUG. I am certain all the answers will be to the utmost highest allowed.
Everyone in the office was extremely pleasant and friendly. April was professional, friendly, gentle cleaning my teeth, and explained everything about x-Rays and the cleaning. I am happy that I have become your patient.
Currently I have no suggestions on any improvements.I can not drum up any negatives. When If I think of anyone are anything I will email you. I can only say thanks to you and your staff for being so kind to me.Because Thursday was not a feel good day for me.
A small hand towel to catch the water might be a good idea.
