Both my husband and I like coming to this office as they are very punctual and do a good job of cleaning our teeth. The atmosphere is nice also as well as the people who are working there.

When my appointment was over, I was asked to pay $162 for my portion. I paid it, then I questioned it. When the person helping me checked, she said she had overcharged me. Normally, most patients would have to pay this amount. But, with my insurance, I did not have to. This should have been determined before I was ever charged. I will check my charge statement to make sure that I was properly credited.

The confidence I had in this place has changed drastically. I am a severe diabetic and am trying to save my teeth the best way I can. They are being severely affected by diabetes. You as a dentist, I thought would want to someone so they could keep their teeth as long as they could. But obviously I was wrong all because I still owe a bill. I'm not trying to get out of paying my bills, its taking me longer because I am one person, don't make a lot of money and was left with NOTHING when my ex divorced me.
