Everything was wonderful. I haven't been to a dentist in 4 years and I loved my appointment so much I made an appointment to for my husband and small child as well. All the staff was super polite and the doctor was so nice.
I really wish I would have started going here much earlier, great staff great service.
I was explained what the plan was to resolve my abscessed tooth problem; I was referred to a specialist to do a root canal. However, I was not offered a prescription for an antibiotic to get rid of the infection. After a few days of taking pain killers to ease the pain, I had to call the doctor's office to get the prescription.
The entire staff is wonderful. Everything about Chesney dentristy is the best. I have been a patient for over 25 years and will be for another 25 and 25 after that.
I didn't get her name, but the girl who cleaned and polished my teeth did an outstanding job. (she said she didn't work there. that she rotated with several other dental offices.) but she was awesome. one of the most gentle cleanings i've ever had. she especially did a great job flossing. anyways, she was great.
You send too many appointment reminders. One by text OR email would suffice.
It would be preferable if we were greeted with Margaritas, had pedicures while having being served, and were given tickets to a Disney Cruise for the family upon check out. Apart from that I don't know that there is much to change.

Casey, the dental hygienist, had a very calming, encouraging approach, which I needed and appreciated. She was extremely pleasant, personable, competent, and thorough! I only saw Dr. Chesney briefly, but felt I would be treated well.
I love the office! Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially to my children, since they have to come to all of my appointments. They also love coming to the office!
