When I arrived to my service yesterday, Nancy the receptionist ignored me. 20 minutes later customers arrived and were passed to their service, so I had to ask about my service. Nancy said that the technician was still busy with someone, and ran inside to tell the technician that I was there waiting for her. The service technician was idle, by the way. I never have to wait long, the technicians are friendly and caring. Doctor Chesney is always pleasant and values our health and time.
We always love our experience with Chesney’s Dentistry. From the simple, professional scheduling, the clean office experience, the friendly service and great care; we can not recommend this group enough! We are expecially impressed with all the ways they go the extra mile - remember little scheduling details, really making you feel valued and cared for.
Everyone was exceptionally nice. Great atmosphere and great service. For someone who is apprehensive about going to the dentist in the first place, Chesney really puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome.
They always treat us with professional and friendly service. They are also willing to work with us regarding insurance and scheduling.
