RecommendedI would absolutely recommend Chesmont Storage! Laurie was very helpful and the staff there is extremely friendly! I would definitely use them in the future and recommend this facility to anyone.
Put my furniture in this garage and all of my furniture ended up getting MOLD! There was mouse droppings in my box of clothes! I don’t recommend this place.

Awful awful place! We stored our things this summer for 3 months, and with all the rain we got, a lot of things got ruined and had to be thrown out. Clearly water damage but they are denying it despite having multiple photos of the damage. We even had renters insurance and after months of back and forth with the insurance and storage company, our claim was officially denied. BEWARE!!! Our information was deleted from the system a month after we rented a unit and they cut our expensive lock off. They had no record of us renting the unit and said we were squatters. Fortunately the person who rented the unit was working that day and remembered us renting it and we even had the paperwork to prove it. No one could tell us why or how that happened. I had a great overall experience storing my items here. Access was easy especially with our trailers (construction company) and the customer service was great. I always felt safe with the security and cameras all over the place. We recently moved to a larger warehouse space or else I would still be storing there. Thanks again everyone!
AWESOME customer service, well managed and a clean facility
Shady thieving fraudulent practices.!!! The manager stole 2, 000 dollars worth of items out of my unit and put them in a separate unit that was up for auction. 50" TV,ps3 ladders ,tools,DVD .I filed a police report and requested my file.they claim they cannot find my file. No one has called me I made all calls.they claim the video system was down for 6 mos,bullshit.
