I strongly do not recommend Chesmar Homes or their affiliated title company, N Title in Kyle, TX. My buyer was under contract for a new build at 3728 Canby Oak Bluff in Seguin, TX. During inspection, serious stucco code violations were discovered—missing weep screed, improper installation, and drainage issues that could lead to water intrusion and structural damage.
