My clients always love it when I take them through Chesmar homes. You can really see the design difference that sets them apart from other builders in the neighborhood. I’m excited to be working with Chesmar now on a new build or some wonderful friends.
Warranties? Their policy is deny deny deny. That is what their warranty person is told to do. No inspection of the issue. Just DENY. Terrible builder!!
We walked away from our deposit after losing confidence in Chesmar. Persistent issues from May 2025 onward led us to forfeit our deposit and look elsewhere. Early visits to the Design Center yielded friendly and enthusiastic, yet inconsistent, and often incorrect information from our New Home Consultant (e.g., incorrect site map details, lack of knowledge on what options were available and what they cost). Worst warranty service! Almost everyone in our neighborhood with Chesmar homes is facing problems. They promised a 1-year warranty, but whenever we raise a complaint, they take forever to respond—or sometimes just close the ticket without fixing anything. In Santa Rita, the warranty supervisor Tony doesn’t care about customer service. He never replies properly and doesn’t communicate well. For example, I reported a crack in my sink.
