If there were an option for 0 stars we would be there. We moved to Texas in June of 2024 and bought the Archer model in this community. The staff onsite was great and accommodating, however the home construction and warranty are an absolute atrocious mess. In under a year we have had multiple cracks throughout the home in walls due to foundation shifts. This is normal, however the previous 3 builders we have used, came out to repair and fix such issues under the 1 year warranty as a customer service thing, as they knew this ... read more
