Hello, please beware when you are purchasing a home with Chesmar. Why you ask well let me just say it is pouring raining in the Georgetown area right now and my drive way is filled with water and I was told that they will not do anything about it if it drains within 36 hours, but what if it rains for 36 hours then what do i do just get out my truck and step into a puddle of water every time.
