All of the agent at the front desk leasing office our very professional. They Answer all of my questions or inquires I need assistance with. I love this community. The staff and maintenance teams are incredible. In the past year they have done so many upgrades- new furniture in clubhouse, upgraded mailboxes, package lockers, resurfaced the pool and spa, got new outdoor furniture, etc. Everything is really well maintained. Community is very friendly and the staff is always putting on social events for the residents. My family and I love it here.
Alicante is such a nice place that I’ve dreamed about. we have lovely community in highest service and hardworking employees special thanks to Yvonne, Olga and Marzi and Karen wonderful women who make convenient and pleasant everything here’s for us.I just want to say thank you.
We have been living here for about 8 years. We really like it. We feel safe and comfortable. We are raising our kids here and the schools around the area are one of the best ones. My girls loves to swim and they enjoy the pool a lot!
We are having a great time at Alicante holiday party. We love living here and feel very welcome every time we visit the leasing office. Marzi, Yvonne, Olga and Karen make us feel at home. We are happy with the quick response from maintenance team if we ever need anything.

Moved to Alicante about 4 months back. Unconditionally very adorable place to stay, the staff here are very friendly and we are like a family at the community.. Alicante also hosts lots of fun filled activities every month at its premises and in turn get connected with the entire extended family here at Alicante..
