This place has to be the worse er I have ever been to I would have drove to a different hospital but I could not breath so I went to this place when I went in I told them what was going on they asked for my id and I told them I had a updated insurance card they would need the guy at the front said he can not take it fine so they put me in the waiting room then they called my name did some labs a ekg and sent me back in the waiting room where I sat for hrs with trouble breathing and in a ton of pain 2 hrs go by I’m asking wha... read more
Was brought here via ambulance with chest pains, arrhythmia, nausea. As a nurse I knew these to be signs of a heart attack. Was left in hallway, minimal assessment, and it wasn't until 4 hours later, after shift change, that cardiac enzymes were ordered, which confirmed that a cardiac events occurred. Eventually the cardiologist on call came and ordered a nuclear stress test which was abnormal and showed ischemia. It’s sad in this day where the wait time is ALWAYS long because people go here to score meds or for issues that are not an emergency in nature. Every single ER in every state I’ve ever been to the wait times are long and the entitlement from those waiting is insane. I’ve always been treated fairly here and had a good experience but I know when something can wait and when I need to go in. There are only so many doctors, staffing at night is short, and only so many rooms in the hospital. Crazy junkies trying to score and havin... read more
Wow where do I start. My fiance got her gallbladder removed here and the surgeons were great and it was perfect. But the ER department is NOT great at all. Insane wait times, Rude as hell nurses, and complete lack of wanting to actually diagnose anything. I've had a friend be told by a nurse "you just don't want to pay" when she FORGOT HER WALLET BECAUSE SHE WAS RUSHED TO ER?! And another who had Guillan Barre syndrome but the rude nurse and doctors told him he didn't have any issues and tried to ADMIT HIM TO PSYCH. This pla... read more
