I had my first appointment at Cheshire Crossing this morning with my cat, Amelia, and was so impressed by everyone there. The facility is welcoming and very clean, and we were greeted warmly when we arrived. Gina was our technician and she was courteous and thorough, addressing my concerns while showing Amelia some TLC. Finally, Dr. Carpenter examined Amelia, but not before offering her treats, petting her gently and speaking to her soothingly. Everyone here is amazing. My wife and i had put down our 15 year black lab here. It was the worst way to have to come in to see a vet. But they made us and most importantly our beloved family member Buster as comfortable as possible. We will forever be grateful to them for their help, knowledge, and compassion. They are awesome people!! They definitely care! We just lost our sweet grey kitty, Bella, to a uterine infection and they made her comfortable and took really good care of her. I highly recommend!!
