Dr Ballard and Dr Carpenter are the most thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate vets I have ever experienced. They take awesome care of our pets and aren’t afraid to have those difficult end of life conversations about our furry friends. Now that we have found them, we wouldn’t go to another practice. Their team rocks too!

RecommendedDr. Ballard, Dr. Carpenter and their entire staff alwasys go above and beyond with out two old Griffons. We are eternally grateful for the great care our dogs have gotten and continue to get. We drive from Italian Village just so we can see Dr. Ballard and his team.
Dr. Ballard and staff are the absolute best. I took my dog to Dr. Ballard today for my dog's annual visit. I was very sorry to notify Dr. Ballard that I am moving to Arizona. It will be difficult to find another vet that meets the same standards of trust and competence and that my dog really likes. I wish he would relocate but he said he's a Buckeye through and through. Thank you Dr. Ballard for many years of excellent service.
I was not surprised to see all the great reviews for this place! I am so impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service after just my first visit. Dr. Ballard truly cares and goes above and beyond for his patients. I am confident I found a vet I can trust with my kitty Lucy!

Our family took our late dog to Dr. Ballard and Dr. Carpenter for about 10 years. They as well as their staff are extremely caring for both our dog and our family. They took a very simple approach to treating our dog which made everything easier for us. Thank you for all of your support!
