The Vets are great but the front office staff are horrible! I work in healthcare myself and when they called me to confirm at work Ia sked if they could text or email instead b/c i was going into a meeting about a patient. "No ,we cannot", they said and proceeded to call me 6 more times (!) hanging up after 2 rings each time!
