I just moved in and was told repairs were completed before I moved in when in fact they were not. The house was not cleaned the repairs were not done. Filthy dirty carpet that stunk very bad and the issues still haven't been addressed. The owner's attitude towards tenants and her responsibility is appalling. These repairs were discussed weeks in advance of my move-in. I do not recommend going through this company to manage your property or to rent. I rented from this company they kept my security deposit , I paid my rent on time every month and I didn’t damage they property than they sent me a fake bill for like 4k I to say I owe them money after they took my 2600$ security deposit - I called in regards to the bill , never got a respond but they never took my to court for the repair they say they had to pay —- this company is horrible , in the least u have to get the property professionally cleaned upon move out , from one of their vendors if you don’t use their vendor... read more
We’ve been living in a condo managed by Chesapeake property management for 3 years now, it’s been a fantastic experience. Tim handles maintenance calls quickly and always works around our busy schedule, which his honestly something that is extremely under appreciated. Heather always gets back to us quickly when we have any questions or concerns, and she is an unsung hero in that office to all of us tenants. We are coming up on our 4th year renting with them and we are so grateful to have found them.
Chesapeake property management is a wonderful company that serves in great capacity. They have been managing one of my houses for multiple years. I am completely satisfied with them and recommend them highly. Thank you!
